MAKING RESERVATIONS:

We offer specials throughout the year with a different home featured each month. VIP Management Group Inc. operates Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you need to reach us after hours or weekends please just call the office number and follow the instructions. Our main office number is 407-870-2242. We are on call 24 hours 7 days a week for emergencies.

We offer specials throughout the year with a different home featured each month. Homes are available for nightly (3 night minimum), weekly, and monthly (30 days) rental. A minimum stay of seven nights is required during the Easter and Christmas/New Year holiday period. You may choose the number of nights suitable for your needs and arrive and depart on any day. A booking of less than 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee based on the size of the home.

Pets. We have a few Pet Friendly properties for small dogs or cats. These pets must be very well behaved. A refundable deposit is required along with a non refundable carpet cleaning fee. Pets found in a non-pet property will result in immediate eviction with NO refund of rent.

We offer specials throughout the year with a different home featured each month. Rental payments. We will accept advance reservations up to two years with a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. This is required at the time of booking and will secure your home without a rate increase. Once you have paid your deposit you will receive your invoice with the first confirmation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Once you have paid in full we will send the final confirmation with your instructions to your home. We accept personal checks, business checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

If you book within 14 days of arrival the full amount is due and we will accept only the credit cards listed above or cash. No personal or business checks.

All rentals require a nightly sales tax of 13%.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time: 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time

Any arrivals earlier than 4 p.m. or departures later than 11 a.m., if available, must be approved during office hours and will be subject to a charge of $25.00 per hour.

Substitution and Cancellations. We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice or liability if a certain property becomes unavailable for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, the $200 deposit will not be refunded. There are no refunds for early departures.

Pool Heating. We have homes available with solar, electric or gas heat. Pool heat is $175 per week plus tax. The pool heater is pre-set at 80 degrees. A pool blanket is provided to maintain the heat and should be used when the pool is not in use. Additional charges will apply if we are called out to adjust the temperature. 

If the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heaters cannot maintain 80 degrees (even with the blanket). There will be NO refunds due to inclement weather.

Grills. Gas grills are available for rent if you so desire. Please inquire.

Telephones and Internet Access. We now provide for your pleasure and convenience unlimited long distance calling worldwide at no charge to you. The telephones have data ports and are modem friendly.

Maintenance and Housekeeping. If you find any maintenance or housekeeping problems, please telephone the office and let us know. We will make every effort to correct the problem as soon as possible. You will find a questionnaire in your black book. Please take the time to fill out and leave on the countertop upon your departure.

Trash. It is the guests’ responsibility to remove their trash. Trash is picked up two times each week. The containers must be put out on trash days only or we receive fines. Please check the black book for the correct days for your location.

Trash may be left by the previous guest when bookings overlap the trash days. Please be understanding in this matter, as you may have to leave some behind as well.

Questionnaire.  There is a black book located in every home.  This book contains information and tips which guests will find helpful.
