All nightly rates are priced per home, NOT per person like hotels.  Prices are however based on a 7 night minimum stay.  A stay of less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning charge based on the size of the property. Monthly rates available upon request.

  
Upon confirmation we require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit. This will secure the home of your choice with no future rate increase. If payment is not received in full 30 days prior to arrival, your reservation will not be guaranteed. Payment can be made with a personal check, travelers check or credit card in U.S. funds.

Baby cribs, high chairs, and roll-a-way beds are available for rental at $5.00 per day plus 13% sales tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY

30 + Days: FOR CANCELLATION RECEIVED A MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE- NO ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED. THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

29-15 DAYS : FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED 29-15 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE- 50% OF THE RENTAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

14-0 DAYS: FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED INSIDE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL 100% OF THE RENTAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
